Despite my misgivings about the huge cost of holding the Olympic Games. I think its all going very well, Great Britain are winning a lot of medals. The British public have really got into it, what with the noise they make in the stadiums, and huge tv audiences, it looks like it will be a huge success. I just hope that the sports facilities which have been built, will be used to produce the next generation of sports stars.

The Olympic Games have finished now, I wonder how many people have been inspired to take up a sport. If they have, good luck to them. Whether they be young or old, it will do them good health wise. The Olympics have been a great success, and a good legacy would be if more people got involved in sport.

I see that they are still dithering over who should take over the Olympic Stadium. Several football clubs are interested in making it their home.
Don't see why they can't share it, and it could also be used for Rock/Pop Concerts in the Summer.

According to the press, West Ham seem favourites to take over the Olympic Stadium, with Leyton Orient using it on alternate weekends. Whether that comes off or not is anybodys guess, lol The other thing is they won't be able to move to the new stadium until 2015. (someone might correct me on that ) Typical long winded people in charge, red tape, etc.
