Over the last year or so I have made a big effort to lead a healthier lifestyle. I changed my diet, cutting out some of the foods which are considered bad for you. I try to eat more vegetables and salads, etc., steering clear of the fatty foods. Its not easy, as the food which is not so healthy, tastes so good, and is quick to make, and easy to buy from fast food shops. Still got some way to go, I need to eat more fruit, take regular exercise, and lol, get to bed earlier.

Healthy diet still going well !
Need to eat more fruit though, lol.
Exercise:- I am doing some walking, on a regular basis, about 2 miles per night.
