Hi Eric,
I live in the U.S. It's a really cool show, very similar to American Idol but with dancers instead of singers. My family loves the show. Please pardon my ignorance, but is it really not aired in the U.K.?

It's a shame that you have to wait until long after the season is over before you get to watch it on local television. At that point, all the suspense is gone... you already know who the winner is! Plus, you don't get personal voice in the outcome by voting.
I'm kind of surprised that the American Fox channel is not available in the U.K. via a satellite provider. The U.K. does have satellite TV (i.e. DirecTV, Dish Network), right? And if so, does all the programming originate in Europe?

well we have Sky One which Fox owns BSKYB (i think )so we get all the fox shows like the simpsons etc I think the 1st seires of SYTYCD was shown on SKY ONE ut got axed because of poor ratings We get American Idol a few days behind on ITV2 but no so you think you can dance it's good we will get to see it there has been a few Brit presenters make shows in the US and we never see them

I'm surprised that SKY ONE or ITV2 are not giving SYTYCD a trial run to see if it gets good ratings this year, especially since it's doing really well in the U.S. this time around.
